Order Selection and despatch is carried out during normal office hours Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m

PRICES.
Prices displayed on this site are including VAT at the applicable rate and all postage and handling charges for mainland UK only.
Customers living outside of UK mainland are advised to contact us first to ascertain the charges for thier area.

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY
Although we take great effort to ensure availability of product there may be times when some products are unavailable.
In the event that items are in a out of stock position we will contact you and discuss the supply issues with you. In the case that you wish to cancel the order then a full refund will be given.

If you choose to proceed with the order based on this delivery information then we shall transact and process your order.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The service is based on using standard economy parcel services, (for UK mainland areas only ) which can take up to 7 days . Should you have an urgent requirement then please contact us via phone,fax or email and we will try and assist you.
Please be aware and allow for peak transit times such as Christmas.


ORDER TRACKING
The web site shop offers you the ability to see the basic status of your order from processing to completion. We will notify you of the order status by email. Please allow up to 7 days before contacting us about your order

NON DELIVERY
If you have not received your order within 15 days of order please contact us at the address details.

DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED
If you have received damaged goods please sign the carriers paperwork to that affect and notify us either in writing to  the address above, by phone or by email

 NB: Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
We may ask you to send us copies of the delivery paperwork.
A new order will be made up and despatched at no cost to you.


INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED
If you have received incorrect product please notify us at the address above or by phone 0845 094 6147 or by email  and the correct products will be sent at no cost to you.


PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY POLICY
We shall not disclose to any third parties information or particulars relating to your details.

Data pertaining to your account shall only be retained for the purpose of accounting and shall be in compliance with accounting practices, and Data Protection Laws

We shall keep you personally informed of new products & services only if the pre requisite acceptance box on the enquiry/order form has been annotated, or if requested via the companies web site or brochure material.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered under circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, sub-contractors, importation delays, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, terrorism, governmental actions and any other similar events.

Any claims raised is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
